“We are taking a final look at where we can use the last of the game day grant money , $1,300. We have looked into the idea of sponsoring USG to attend a baseball game, as a final high note of the semester! Our next SDC meeting is Tomorrow 4./2 at 5:30 pm in MU Pima.”

Week of March 18, 2013

“This week we are working on gathering information from the different orgs on campus! We have gotten about 15 responses back and their dead line to get these in is the end of february. As these come in we are working on putting them together in a document to start and create our recruitment book. Also, we only have $2,800 left to be awarded for game day grants!! Get them before they are gone!”

Week of January 28th, 2013

“This week we will be starting out recruitment booklet efforts. Look out for an email from one of the Spirit, Pride and Tradition interns on how to get your information in the book and get your club displayed on the third floor! We want to help you get more members in your organizations as well as get everyone in campus involved! Lastly, there is only $3,700 left in Game Day Grants to be awarded! Get them before they are gone!!”

Week of January 21st, 2013

“We had out first Tempe Local board meeting this week, with a very active attendance! We are working on getting a higher attendance as well as restructuring how we want all of this to work and how we want members to see it in the future! Other than that we have sent emails organizations on getting information about their organization! We are working on putting together an organizational recruiting booklet!”

Final 2012 Update

“This week we are working on getting to ASU v U of A turn around trip squared away. Look for more updates to come on these logistics in further weeks. This weeks games versus UCLA,there is no Devils on Mill. As it is homecoming week, most people spend time before their game at organized events with their organizations. We are looking into better ways to draw people to Devils on Mill in hopes to raise our numbers and to get the stadium filled at our next home game. We will keep the theme of our next Devils on Mill table a secret until the week of! We are so excited to unveil what we have in store. Our next SDC tempe local board meeting is next Tuesday @ 5:30. HAPPY HOMECOMING!”

Week of October 8th, 2012

“This week we are excited to announce the official release of the Game Day Grant application. You can find it on the USG website. We will be reviewing these on a first come, first serve basis. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. We are also excited to announce that we will be having an away game viewing party in the MU food court. All TVs will be playing the game. There is snacks, trivia and prizes. Don’t miss out on the food, a good game and fun prizes. Our next SDC meeting will be next Tuesday @ 5:30p. ”

Week of October 1st, 2012

“This week, we have our bi-weekly Sun Devil Coalition meeting on Tuesday the 2nd at 5:30p. This meeting will be in the MU302. We will be discussing how Devils on Mill is going and how we can get more organizations involved. We will also be starting to prepare for our U of A turn around trip for the yearly Dual in the Desert! Also, this week check the USG website for the Game Day Grant application. Apply to get $300 for your organization to provide game day activities!”

Week of September 24th, 2012

This week we are so excited to welcome 3 interns to our team. We will be working on a hard media push for devils on mill, as well as getting the game day grants up and running. Our next SDC meeting is 1 week from tuesday @ 5:30! Bring your ideas. We will see you there!

Week of September 17th, 2012

This week we will be working on getting game day grants set up. This is a sum of money that your organization can apply for if they choose to host a tailgate or any other game day related events. Please be on the look out for this link on the home page of asuusg.com. Also, we will be holding our bi-weekly SDC meeting @ 5:30pm, on Tuesday, in the Maroon and Gold Room (302)! We will be collaborating on events and ideas for parents weekend at Devils on Mill. Also, we will be touching base with the clubs that attend the meetings on what events they are holding! See you at Devils on Mill this Saturday!

Week of September 10th, 2012

 This week we are working on putting together our bi-weekly agenda for next weeks meeting! Saturdays Devils On Mill was much more successful and we are so proud of it. We hope you all had a good time! We are in the works of planning something big for you and your parents when they are all out here for Parents Weekend! Week of September 3rd, 2012

This week the bi-weekly SDC meeting is being held on Tuesday @ 5:30 on the USG couches. We will be talking about Devils on Mill and how we can expand on last weeks successful event. This is extremely important to expand on seeing as it is a University initiative. The next Devils on Mill is this coming Saturday. ASU takes on Illinois at home! Come out and see us on Mill and 6th Street.
