EmilyI am a junior at Barrett, The Honors College double majoring in Entrepreneurship & Management and Political Science. As State and National Affairs Director for Undergraduate Student Government (USG) I am excited to influence students at ASU to be knowledgeable, as well as engaged, in the political world around us. Government issues and politics are my passion and I believe that today’s well-rounded student must be informed and well-versed about current and future policies affecting them. No matter what you are studying now or where your interests take you, politics will play a role in your future, making it imperative that you understand the issues and their impact on you and your world. In addition to USG, I am also involved in other campus organizations including the W.P. Carey Business School Council, Kappa Alpha Theta fraternity, and a group I started as a sophomore, Barrett Women’s Association. Some of my other interests include traveling, running, cooking, spending time with my and supporting Sun Devil athletics! After graduation I hope to enter law school and possibly pursue a career as a political analyst for a national news network.
