My specific goals are to make sure that the Intern Directors position is returned to a respectable position by enforcing accountability. My name is Adam Silverman and I am a sophomore from Phoenix, Arizona, who is pursuing a degree in Psychology. I would like to make sure that the communication is immaculate within not just USG, but throughout all of ASU. One of my most prioritized goals is making ASU feel like a small community that is working together. This starts with communication, and through my position, I think I can maximize communication. Another goal is to make the newsletter something that all organizations look at and pay attention to. Lastly, I want all ASU organizations to feel like they have a voice within Student Government.

Kirsten Adams
Student Engagement Coordinator
My name is Kirsten Adams and I am a senior from Scottsdale, Arizona, who is currently pursuing a degree in Journalism. My role within USG is to be a liaison between the Public Relations Director and the designers, in order to ensure that we are dedicated to consistently and efficiently improving our public image and relaying significant news. My primary goal is to fulfill, from the PR perspective, primary goals from the Naufel platform in the 2012 elections. Public relations improvements can make a significant difference in outreach and collaborative efforts, and our department can easily make a reality (or assist in) the creation of a bi-weekly newsletter with upcoming events, advocacy initiatives, Senate legislation and contact information for USG staff.

My name is Audree Lopez and I am a sophomore from Prescott, Arizona. I am currently majoring in Marketing and minoring in Spanish. I hope that the Walk your Wheels Campaign will expand this school year. Since it now has it’s own team, I hope that we can reach out to more students and inform the student body about safety on campus My specific goals this coming year are to host more events throughout the year, do more promoting about the campaign and get students involved on campus. I plan on accomplishing these goals by hosting an event almost every month, posting more signs, talking with the incoming freshman about the campaign and have students get involved through open forums and raffles.

My name is Nicole Davis and I am a senior from Chandler, Arizona, who is pursuing a degree in Graphic Design. It is my hope that our department produces effective design that catches the eyes of students and instills in them a desire to get more involved. I’m hopeful for a team of designers that works well together, works hard to get things done on time, and is willing to put in extra time and work to ensure that our platform this year is fulfilled. I want to be a team member that people feel comfortable approaching and working with. I know that in order to be a good designer I need to understand what is being asked of me so that I can produce my best work. I think it is essential for me to be organized, hard working, and attentive.
